Overview
A free-standing, Level 3 qualification, designed to provide a sound foundation for a career within the transport and supply chain fields and should provide potential supervisors and first-line managers with a complete set of management skills. It is recommended that those undertaking this programme have some prior knowledge of logistics and transport operations. Successful completion, together with a minimum of 2 years appropriate experience, meets the eligibility criteria for membership upgrade to Chartered Member (CMILT) of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
