Overview

This qualification offers a broad understanding of the principles, applications and concepts of the logistics and transport industry. It gives learners the opportunity to focus on an area of specialism to gain introductory knowledge of their professional sector. While it would be beneficial for candidates to have some working knowledge of the industry, this is not essential. The full Introductory Certificate may be delivered as an intensive short course, or a slightly longer part-time offer.
