Mr. Clemence JACOB is a seasoned Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, and Procurement Expert with over two decades of professional experience in training, consultancy, and operational management across public and private sectors in Zimbabwe and Rwanda.

He currently serves as an Expert Trainer at IPRC Kigali, where he lectures in Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain Management and contributes to curriculum development for institutions such as the University of Tourism, Technology and Business Studies (UTB) and the University of Rwanda (UR).

Mr. JACOB previously served in the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service in various leadership roles, including Procurement Officer, Training Officer, and Marketing Officer, and later as General Manager at Mayoza Investment. He has also lectured and consulted with several logistics institutions, including KMI Logistics, NRZ Training School, and Central Hub of Africa Logistics.

He holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management (CUT-Zimbabwe), a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies (NUST), and an International Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport (CILT). He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT) and an advocate for professionalism and innovation in the logistics and transport industry.
