Dr. Joseph Akumuntu is a seasoned academic and industry expert with extensive experience in procurement, logistics, international trade, and transportation management. He currently serves as Senior Lecturer and Industrial Attachment Coordinator at the University of Kigali and as Executive Director of the Rwanda Association of Cross-Border Transporters and Petroleum Importers.
His leadership experience also includes serving as Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Services under the Rwanda Private Sector Federation (PSF), where he contributed significantly to trade facilitation and private sector development.
